Stephen & Bren went to Laughlin for a couple days. I made him take the camera to snap some photos. This is what was on the camera when he got home... oh the laughs. thanks babe, your such a good picture taker.

exhausted
I know... lame. Its been forever since I have posted anything! I am in for a major update. I'm kinda stressed with work & overwhelmed with life lately and I am so exhausted.
Stephen went to Laughlin with Bren this week and he did bring the camera... so i will be posting the pictures from his trip & we can all see if he is a "good picture taker".
Stephen's birthday was on the 17th. We had a small birthday bash for him at the house and just had a relaxing weekend. he got an ipod touch from me & an ipod gift card from baxter. I also made him his favorite cheescake recipe passed down from his grandma marge. for some reason every year I make it, it turns out different from the year before and I always think I am messing something up, but he likes it everytime... so I guess I am doing something right!!

parfait saturday?! yes please.
This past week was so rough. Work is exhausting & I am overwhelmed with the simple duties of keeping the house clean, staying caught up on laundry, cooking, etc.
I left the house yesterday morning at 8 am and didn't come home until 1:00am this morning. Stephen knew I was having a bad week and we fought I think more in one week than we have in a long time. About stupid pointless things that weren't even worth arguing about. I think at one point we were fighting about fighting.
This morning he has been so sweet. We have 3 days off together of bliss and relaxing!! I woke up to Stephen whispering my name in my left ear and giving me kisses, while Baxter was on my right side taking up more than half the bed and of course.. wouldn't budge.
After slowly waking up, and running to the grocery store to get a couple things we had coupons for, we made breakfast & have had such a great productive morning.
As I am sitting on the couch all cozy with my laptop, we are watching a movie and I keep looking at Stephen and thinking of how happy I truly am and how I love the simple days with him by my side. He is my world.

Liz : a TRUE good friend. She left for NAU this week so Stephen & I took her to dinner the night before she left. I am gonna miss her, but its a great excuse to go to flagstaff in the hot summers!!

organized!!
i have been wanting to put together a binder full of things that keep me organized. it is not even close to finished yet, but i at least started!
bring it 2012.. i am so in for the ride! i am going to live way more organized. i have so many papers around the house with random address'. this binder is now going to make it way easier to find things. i am going to add doctor's numbers, insurance info, etc. soon.

hiking goals.
stephen & i really want to get into hiking more than just once in a while. we decided for this year to go about 2-3 times a month, if we can. we love being outside & its a great activity to do together with friends and/or family! on this hike we went to south mountain & took my brother christian with us. it was a easy hike & perfect weather!
